There are two of us, both based in Prague, and we read every message ourselves. If something's not clear, or you just want to check a small detail before you order, write to us.
How to reach us
The quickest way is email: info@layrmap.com. You can also use the little Message us bubble in the corner of any page on the site — it lands in the same place.
We usually reply within 1-2 working days. We're a small team, so it's not always instant, but it won't sit unanswered.
We don't have a phone line. Email keeps everything in one thread, which makes it easier for us to actually help.
Your race isn't in our library?
Tell us which one — that's all we need. We'll usually add it within 24 hours and send you a link with your race already selected, ready to configure. There's also a button for this right in the configurator.
About an order
If you're writing about a specific order, it helps a lot if you include your order number and, where it's relevant, a few photos. That's especially true if something arrived damaged or doesn't look right — photos let us sort out a remake or refund without a lot of back-and-forth.
We also like hearing which route people picked and why, though there's no need to tell us — a one-line question is just as welcome as a long one.
